Cylinder Vase - Boston & Sandwich, Mt. Washington or ?

    6 5/8" tall cylinder vase. I see these listed as Boston & Sandwich and/or Mt. Washington, but I'm wondering if anyone knows whether the maker was either of those or another company. My books on those companies don't show this type of vase.

    I believe all three, New England, B & S, and Mt Washington made them. Maybe others, too. Don't know a way to tell them apart, but some have a space between the pairs of rings, others don't.
