Cut glass wall pocket/sconce/vase?

    Here is a sort of unusual piece. I haven't been able to find anything like it online. A cut glass wall sconce/pocket. 9" high by 4" at widest point. What do you think...ABP or not? Unfortunately, it has the sickness (but hung on the wall filled with flowers, maybe no one would notice?). Any thoughts on maker? Anyone seen anything like this before?
