Cuff bracelet, what does it mean and is it worth anything? Thanks

The text on the bracelet means Good Fortune.
No idea (for now..) what the mark is, as it is small and seems to be upside down.

 

Welcome Jen. The symbol is Fu, for good luck or fortune.
It is a fairly recent bracelet. The upside down mark on the inside looks like the Chinese mark for silver, but it is best to have it tested. Recent Chinese marks are not very reliable.

We don't do values, but you can search on ebay etc for a similar Chinese Fu bracelet.

 

The mark for sterling silver would be 纯银
The character on the right (银), and the first part of the left character seem to be a match but the right part of the left character seems to be different

 

It is a silver mark, which doesn't mean it is for sterling silver. Anyway, recent silver marks don't mean a thing, and in this case it is cast with the piece, which makes it even more doubtful.

Never go by recent Chinese silver marks, whether zu yin, wen yin, or any other yin. It really isn't worth going into. Always have recent Chinese silver tested.

 

Lol they're selling the same bracelet on Aliexpress for less than 10 rmb and it says made from 'metal' so 99.99% not silver

The Germans made painted aluminum pieces back in the early 70s. THis looks similar, but not nearly as good.
