Crystal Vase, indecipherable signature?

    I think it says Hofmann

    It appears to be a piece of European Cut glass, most likely Czech. It would be described as blue cut to clear.

    What I do know is that Hofmann is misspelled if they were forging the glass name.

    Or it could be that someone was afraid it might get stolen and they put their name on it.
    In the 1970s, it was very common for people to inscribe a name, DL#, or other identifying mark on items.
