Crystal Clear Glass Christmas Ornaments

    I have a handful of these ornaments. I assume they are from the same maker as they all have that lacy look. Any ideas on maker?

    I think you'd want to use words like 'spun glass' and 'lamp work'.

    Hi,
    It really is "lamp work" and it is made everywhere. It is what hobbist glass makers cut their teeth on. I bought some at a trade fair which the guy made for me while I was there. It was a tiny boat with oars and fishing poles. I think I still have one on my tree.

    Can remember folks at kiosks in malls making them too, as well as at the Arribas Bros. shop at Disney, but have seen tons of them with 'Made in China' labels in the last couple of decades...
