Does anybody recognise the crown mark on this finely hand painted porcelain plate?

The subject is a fisherwoman. She was part of a pair with a fisherman but bad packing by an eBay seller meant she is now widowed.

it is possible that it is an amateur painting on a blank but it would be good if I could identify the mark.

I think it dates to late 19th c and that it is French

    Hope you can help

Very nice, I don't recognise the mark, but I would lean towards Austro/Bohemian/German given the painting style.

Is the mark over glaze? If so, I'd guess a decorator mark. There were professional decorators outside factories who did as well as any factory painter.

The crown does appear to be over the glaze
