    20170226_173108.jpg Hi all
I am new to this forum and hope I am in the right place to ask this question
I have inherited the watch in the pic. It is a Craven.
Wondering if anyone knows of this brand and approximate age?
    It still works
    Thanks

    Looks like 1930s style.
Doing a google search, most that come up are listed as 9K. So it may be European.
I couldn't find anything on the history of the company.

Someone might come along tomorrow who can find something. Be sure to check back.

If the back is gold, it may be a gold case, it is also possible the strap is gold.
The case would be marked inside the back, and the strap usually marked near the clasp or buckle.

Metal value would be the only real value to it. It dates from about 1930-35 and is a Swiss made brand of no significance, just a random name used at the time.

    Thanks all.
It belonged to my mum who passed away recently. She was born in 1932 so I guess it was handed down to her.
Huge sentimental value - I am glad it still works.
    Appreciate the advice - ta.
