First pen has on its tip:

    REGENT
    4R
    GOLD PLATED

and no other markings but Regent on the side of the cap

Second pen has Tiger inscribed on the side of the cap as shown in foto and on the tip it reads:

    DE LUXE
Letter "P" with animal jumping through it
    TQ ANT
And no other markings apart from tiny filligran mark

Caps of both pens have one tiny hole in them.

These are pretty low in the pecking order of old fountain pens. They are relatively cheap little known brands with non gold nibs. Both might be 1970s, the one with the clear plastic reservoir could be a bit later.

I noticed they are all plastic.
    One has gold plated nib.
They may be low quality, but the design indicates that they are little bit older than 70s.
    Thanks afanatiques!
