Could this Puppet be Sha Wùjìng?

I learned about the Journey to the West with my last puppet figure investigation here. And just by the looks and the head band it looks to be Sha Wùjìng to me. Does anyone perhaps have any further info, or can locate anything that looks similar to this puppet? I found a very similar one of the Chinese Monkey King, but have failed to do the same for this man. Oh, by the way, the back of his head is brown, and his hands are pink, thought that might give something away. Many thanks, once again
