    This bracelet has a few issues, but I am still curious about who made it. Does anyone see anything that points to a particular maker? Thanks.

    Yep, poor baby had dead rhinestones. That's what happens when the rhinestones get wet, the foil backing deteriorates over time :(

    I don't see anything that points to a maker.
