Featured Correct to call these vintage Xmas cards "mechanical"?

Got some fun cards at an estate sale. Both of these have figures that move when you open them. Planning to sell on Ebay. Is a keyword for these "mechanical"?



The bear reaches in and out of the bag:




When you fold it open the dog walks the ladder and reaches the wreath up above the window.

 

I've seen those described as having "moving parts" or as being "articulated." Mechanical wouldn't be accurate because no machines are involved.

You could certainly use the term Mechanical, but I think popup would be the more recognizable and searched term for these type of cards.

 

those are wonderful Lucille while the word 'pop-up' is good, use the word 'mechanical', there are pieces that move rather than just 'pop-up'. For many collectors, mechanical is the first word used in their search

 

I love those, they don't make great cards like that anymore.
