Copper Documents Box With Buffalo & Rolling Log (swastika)

    Box measures 10x6x3 inches. Hammered buffalo with Native American rolling log symbols. Any idea who or when this box was made? THANKS!

    do u think that solder is lead ?

    a guess would be 1920's....... 1910's.......

    looks too refined and delicate to carry a lot of weight...that would get banged around............ it would also need a sturdy handle..

    The handle issue bothered me too. Does appear to require a padlock, not so usual with document/despatch boxes I would think.
