Hi all -- picked this up at a thrift shop for $5. I am pretty sure it is a dallah coffee pot. From what I've been reading these can be tough to ID since modern ones were made to look antique. It certainly looks old but I have no idea. One of the pictures shows what looks like arabic script on the front of the pot.

This is almost 7" tall and about 6" wide from handle to spout. It weighs 270 grams.

Also would like to know if it's copper or brass or a combo.

    Thanks!

Welcome to the Forum, Simulant! :) Other people know more about these than I do, but I think for $5 you did fine.

Tinned inside ,dovetail joint with excess solder not cleaned up,rough cast handle and finial. Most likely street ware made for the poorer population.
