Until a very few days ago I didn't know Lustreware from Custard glass. This is an only-one item, an' from what I've seen on eBay not worth very much...but it might be sale-able if I can describe it with some accuracy. That's where you come in!

~2 5/8" high, an' ~2 5/8" rim diameter; ~2 1/2 oz capacity. What is it, an' when & where is it from? Anything else about it that may be pertinent is eagerly sought by this classically ignorant person...who thanks you all for lookin'!

I know that Sunderland (it's a place, right?) made lots of pink lustreware but did they also make copper? I, have seen this shape, too, and I reckon circa mid-19th c.

The copper lustre is generally produced in Staffordshire factories. Sunderland is indeed a place, and several factories in the town made pink lustre. It’s a different technique, let me see if I can find a decent explanation.
