    Can anyone tell me the name on the bottom of this cool big bic lighter holder? It has a matching ashtray & both feel solid/well made.
    When are they from - 1970's?
    Finally; how do I get the lighter out?! It's stuck & I already broke the flint wheel & flame guard trying to get it out!
    Thanks for any help.

    Spray the top with WD40 and let it soak in over night,might need a couple repeats.

    It wasn't stamped very good,dust it with a little flour and scrape excess with a business card or something similar and it may be readable.

    Nice set, journey. I tried to tweak the mark, but still illegible. Maybe you can rub some cocoa powder into the mark to make it stand out.

    It is the bottom of the ashtray.:)
    The other bottom, with the mark in the centre, is of the lighter.

    Thanks, at first I thought there were legs on the ashtray, because of the angle. :hilarious:

    I think that is more clear of a stamp.

    I think Journey saw Komo's post and was asking us all to discuss or verify whether it was Art Lite as Komo suggested. At least that is what I took from it. But clairvoyance works as an explanation, too. :)
