Continental porcelain mark help please

    I'm being lazy. ;) This nice little set was a gift to someone in 1913. But who dunnit please?

    Hi Bear! Looks like a Japanese mark. I looked in my MIJ book, but did not see that same mark. It's a pretty set. Others will have an opinion and maybe the answer.
