At first I thought this was a vintage ice cream parlor sundae glass, however, on closer inspection, I see striation lines and other imperfections that are Typical of some EAPG. The dark area near the striations is just a reflection of my camera. The base is smooth, those bubbles are inside the base just as it flares out to the foot. 9" tall, 3 1/4" across the top 3 3/8" across the base. It looks similar to Late Colonial Panel. Thank you. I htink your first conclusion was correct. Its a vintage ice cream parlor sundae glass.

The EAPG wares didn't include this class of wares, (Ice cream Parlor wares)
