    Hi,
I picked this up and trying to figure out the artist signature - looks like Paris but this scene is in Vienna so I don't think that is what it is. This is on heavy paper, 12" x 18" - when you hold it up to the light it shows through to the backside.
    Would be considered street art?
    Any information appreciated
    thanks for looking.

    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

Sorry, Cx... I didn't get far with this one. The name looks to me like Pai, then h? l? k? ... then s? I think the scene is competently done. I like it. Good luck with it.

Bev aka thelmasstuff Colored pencil artist extraordinaire ;)

Probably a street artist. It does look like Pailo or Paila or Paiha or Paiho. Something like that.

The last name could be Plotz which is German. Some of the names on the buildings also could be German.
