Colorful plate from Spain

I used to know what this design is called, cannot find my notes and evidently not searching the right words. Wondering that, plus time period (seem to remember it being older?) and maker's name on back, not sure if it is C Zouille or Touille or something else. Also, what the figures are called...Thanks for any clues.

 

Very similar to Deruta's Raffaellesco designs.
