Colorful incised pottery vase - signed

    This is an interesting colorful pottery vase with incised decoration. Initialed on bottom. I try looking google images and the pottery marks database but have had zero luck. I was hoping it was an early James Leedy piece since his early 1950's mark is similar but I don't think. There is also what looks like writing as well but could have been added on after the fact. Vase stands approx. 7.5 inches.
