Colorful bracelet signed & hallmarked

    Hello friends, this bracelet I got today is signed and hallmarked but I haven't been able to find this maker . I know the bracelet was repaired, the part that opens up split.

    I just want to know if anyone knows the maker ?

    Makers mark , Billy...... not a Hallmark ... that's for metal content

    It has a maker's mark. This is a very modern piece of costume, so no hallmark.
    (unless it was retailed by the Hallmark Shop!)
