    does anyone recoginize this cobalt glass scroll pattern shaker ?

    my guess is that they were made for Frank Spice & Tea by one of the glasshouses of the time - hazel atlas or hocking etc... but I guess this is as close are we are going to get to an attribution... I found it with a wonderful hazel atlas skyscraper shaker - you can see by the metal caps etc that they are of the same era...
