Cloisonné vase

Possibly the age and value.

    The base is either copper or bronze not sure. It has a Phoenix motif and there’s pitting through out the vase the handles are elephants. I saw some that resembled mine from the
    Qing Dynasty.

    Height- 19”
    Weight- 10lbs ( probably more don’t have a scale)

    there’s a marking underneath can’t make it out though

    the mark looks like Japan......& I can't tell if it's not Champleve..but I'm thinking it might be...

    Ok thanks, I’m not really to sure my self I can see something that appears to be a JA, but I would think the other letters should be some what visible

    With the stamped "Japan" I would guess Post WWII, but not later than the 1970s.

    19" is a pretty good size. Is that damage or just discoloration in your second and third pictures? If damage that lowers the value.
