My guess is it probably does glow...I have some cereal bowls in the Pinwheel pattern that do.

You can see a hint where the light hits.

Glad to see you haven't given up on this item. I see you first posted it in 2019! It's also great that you updated the original thread instead of starting a new one.

I am finally going through each box trying to identify the items and I search on my old posts to see if I had started one inorder to prevent starting a new one which would be a waste of members time as well as be waste of my time to have to go through multiple posts of the same item to extract the information that I would want for a listing.
