I found this at a local thrift store & since Buddhism is practiced by almost all in Thailand (except tourists?), I thought this was really unique.
I tried google image search & I can't find anything on it - has anyone seen anything like this? Or know what it says?
Any thoughts or help with either would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

A cross has no figure on it, this one with the Christ figure is a crucifix.

South Korea has a big Christian population. No surprise some of them are Catholic. I bet this is the Bible reference it cites:

    1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
    New International Version

16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

The globe behind & the Korean origin make me wonder if it is connected to the Unification Church.

I wouldn't think the Moonies would use a crucifix. A globe fits with the universal Catholic church motif too.
