Chinesemarked hand painted children playing double gourd form wall vase Opinions welcome

    I know nothing much about this vase Help with age,marking appreciate all opinions welcome.

    I think it is a very beautiful vase with the where the children seem to be playing some type of game, and the trees and flowers make it a very colorful eye catching vase.

    The height is 12" tall
    I chose the Antique forum hoping that it is older it shows some age on the base, but it might belong in the PG&P forum.

    The mark on the bottom looks like the modern ones from about 1990 onward. The "box with an antenna on it" I think means "made in China".
    Could be wrong.

    The characters stand for "Chinese porcelain" (Zhong Guo taoci.) New, cheap, decorative porcelain.
