Bought at a fair, am I correct in thinking this would be Chinese export silver around late 1800s? There are no marks that I can see. The pin isn't silver. thumbnail_IMG_20220122_143414.jpg thumbnail_IMG_20220122_143404.jpg

The frame is certainly late nineteenth. I suspect the plaque was exported and then set into a probably British frame.

The chinese character may well be silver even if the frame isn't.
