This nicely painted jar has the Qianlong Da Qing mark that i know isn't from that period. this piece is probably mid century to 1970's.
But the mark in the oval i have no clue what it reads.
might be one of those decorated in Hong Kong marks?
interesting it might be made in China, decorated in Hong Kong and sold in Japan. I just think it is beautiful with all the silver highlights on the flowers.
It is just a little over 5" tall with lid on.

The one on the left? The four character mark is. That's where I found it.

Yeah the oval one on the left - it looks super familiar and I'm not sure where else I would have seen it.

I had never even heard of them. They were selling out of Japan and Italy apparently. Most of what I've seen with this sticker are stating mid century. I can't even find any information on them.

I searched Gotheborg again and still don't see it. Who is our resident Chinese translator?

The square mark reads: "大清乾隆" (Great Qing Qianlong)
The oval mark reads "万历" (Wanli) --- (Ming Dynasty Wanli period???)

What will you think a jar marked both “Imperium Rōmānum” and “Sacrum Romanum Imperium”??
TO me, it is made in the late 20th century.

    I like you dog..
