Featured Chinese leather shoe ad

Hello everyone. I've had this poster for years now. I received it when I was studying Chinese as a Christmas gift. I never really got good enough at actually reading to translate the whole poster but I do know it's an ad for shoes. The person that bought it for my got it from an auction in North Carolina. I don't know if it's a dollar store poster or one that actually hung in a Chinese shoe shop. I've tried asking my friends who speak Chinese if they knew about it and they couldn't help me either. I've also tried to reverse image searching it with no results. So I've finally decided to actually try and seek out someone who can tell me anything about this poster.

 

Clothing and hair style look 1930s. That's all I got.

That's a here-i-am-feedme if ever I saw one. Also not the cat to cheese off if he decides your new shoes would make good cat toys. As long as your feet aren't still in them!
