    It could be a token from a temple or something like that. Probably mass produced. The necklace is dyed coral.

    The pendant front side says "Xi Shi", and the back side says "one of the top 4 most beautiful ladies in ancient China". Just a souvenir, mass-made. The coral looks dyed. Very limited value.
