Picked these two pieces up yesterday at an auction. First is a horn carved into the shape of a monk and the second is carved coral teapot, missing the lid. The horn has some writing carved int othe front and bottom, was wondering if anyone might be able to decipher it. there is also a seal on the bottom of the teapot, I was hopeful someone might know. Thanks

Seriously, I have no idea about the monk, but am not sure the teapot is carved rather than ceramic. The seal would be very hard to do in a carving, and very unlikely anyone would make the effort.
