I picked up some sterling pieces at an estate auction and would very much appreciate your assistance with identification.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I may need to clean help and will definitely need to intensely clean later.

Danno, I really can't see that 2nd mark very clearly, even now... It MAY be Wendell, but I just can't tell.

Sorry, Danno - I'm not certain what you mean by "in the middle" and "to the left" (?)

Sorry for the confusion. First in the series of three marks, as opposed to second.

Maybe it's just me, but that looks more like it's for COFFEE rather than tea...

Sorry, Danno - I must be rather dense today. I still don't understand.

The first of YOUR marks was the HIRSCH.

The SECOND of yours, I thought maybe Wendell, but now that I see if more clearly, I believe it's R WALLACE & SONS (http://www.925-1000.com/americansilver_W.html )

    The THIRD one, WATSON.

That is a Wallace mark, the third mark you showed originally is, as already identified, Watson...

Lol. When reviewing the Watson Co. sterling marks, they appear to have the "W" as the second (centered) of the three character sequence. My flatware though appears to have "W" as the first (left) character. Perhaps I should have used the word "character", as opposed to "mark". I clearly initiated the ambiguity.

I apologize as I should have looked closer at the order of photos posted. My mistake. I believe your your identifications are perfect. Thanks....and sorry.

Danno, is it not a W, in a pennant/flag (with the pointed tip of the flag facing right,) followed by the word STERLING?
