Caster Man - Unidentified 50s Advertising Character

    Hello my amazing Antiquers friends,

    Once again my research has come to a dead end.

    I got this 50s advertising tie clip as part of a large box lot. Does anyone have a guess as to who this little caster man is?

    Are there any maker's marks on the back? Do you think it's from the US or somewhere else?
