CARVED WOODEN HAND

    I found this at a thrift store today. It appears to be carved from wood & I love the look of it - but it holds a can of cola (and maybe a beer or bottle of wine?) perfectly!
    Is this a coincidence or was this made for that - I've seen unusual/deorative wine bottle holders? Do I have a cool piece of art or is it something they made a lot of to display a bottle of wine, etc..?
    Last photo is of bottom - I am pretty sure this is made of wood & not some resin made to look like wood (even though it's been stained), but showing bottom so hopefully someone can verify that.

    That's going to be a carved souvenir from somewhere. The Caribbean perhaps.
