Carved Stone vase with rings and dogs?

    E67FC6F9-9E6E-497D-BD1F-AD596E487B4E.jpeg Hello all, I found this heavy vase- I think it’s made out of stone or rock, it looks like some pieces broke off and one of the dogs? Looks to be repaired. I tried to find a signature and found a marking in the bottom, so enhanced the photo to show. Can anyone tell me what this piece might be and maybe what it might be worth if I wanted to sell it?

    It is a nice Chinese soapstone vase with dragon handles.
    Dogs don't have such long curly whiskers.;)

    How big is it?

    It’s 7”x6”x4”. And here I thought these guys were dogs drooling all over themselves. >__<

    the etching on the base is unknown to me..........
