Featured Cap Badge ID

    This is not military, its what I think is a vintage merchant seamans cap with a badge and insignia.
    It may have come from the US as did lots of other stuff in a clearance.

    I can't ID the badge, maybe its a merchant shipping line or the initials of a ship
