Wonder what the piece was intended to be used for? Flower pots and planters usually don't come with handles.
Also, has anyone seen ones that glow?
    Thanks

    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

I can recall various "handled pots and vases"... from Native American to that Haegar green vase that threaded the other day, to inexpensive glass ones. Anyway, that's just me. I? That's just I? :hilarious: Now what's the glowing part? Good luck.

Afterthought... how big is it? Maybe tureen missing top?

About 5 1/2 across the opening. Well, not quite glows but there are those spots in the walls that I guess are made of thin enamel and let the light pass. Similar to the rice grain pattern on porcelain.

    I love it.
I would put freshly picked produce in it.

I think I know how they did it. Probably they drilled the copper and when they applied the enamel those areas remained translucent.
Wonder if that was common technique on Canton enamelware or it is rare?
