I would guess it's 20th C, but I haven't got much other than that guess. It's imitative of the style I showed in you introductory post, but I think it's much much later and of a lesser quality. Still, with a good clean it will be very decorative. Thank you, I did look for the base markings but found nothing. There were a couple close but nothing exact.
The mark is meant to look like a Meissen mark, but it isn't a Meissen mark and isn't Meissen quality. The quality of the fingers is not high, so I too would guess from the 20th and not 19th century.
