    Viana do Castelo is a town in northern Portugal, famous for faience style ceramics (and gold and silver filigree).
    There are many ceramics manufacturers in Viana, possibly the Viana do Castelo mark is general for the town, and the codes are manufacturer, painter, year? Just guessing....
