Featured Can you figure out this sterling piece's maker's mark?

    I bought this brooch today and have not seen another like it. I think I see WHI...I googled and found a Whitlock company, not sure they are the makers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Lumii_20230806_163805694.jpg

    No, all the image search found was brass examples with and without a pin, and someone selling silicone mould of it too. It looks good enough to have been made during the period.
