Can someone identify this painting?

I bought a print of this painting but I do not recognise the painter.

 

Could you manage to post a much better picture?

 

I agree with AF that it's hard to tell. I can't even tell if it is a print of a painting, or if it is a reproduction print of a different print. Better photos with no glare and in good focus would be helpful.

It is a copy of an 1859 work by Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller.

It is given a different title here with a different date. Not sure which is correct.
