Can anyone help with the signature on this rotary international print please?

    I have a numbered and signed print "rotary international" I wondered if anyone had any information on this type of work ?

    It says David Peirse 1996 on the bottom right and it looks to me that the sig could be D Peirse.

    Note that just because it has 366/100 written doesn't mean there were ever 1,000 printed.
    Nor 365 for that matter.

    If it was done as a RI fundraiser, there may well have been 1000 printed that were purchased by Rotarians in the District. (Past President of my local Rotary Club)
