Can anyone help me date or identify this crystal chandelier?

I bought a house recently with this single tier 13 light crystal chandelier. My wife and I aren't huge fans, we are looking at selling it. We have had several workers come to our house that have told us it is a highly valuable crystal chandelier but online research has made it difficult to pinpoint. So far I have run across keywords like: Maria Teresa style, Italian, brass, 13 light, etc. I am looking for any advice or background you all can share.

 

I think likely Italian and 50s or later. 13 arms is unusual. Similar 12 arm chandeliers sell in the $300.00 range on ebay new. People may pay a premium for vintage or the odd configuration. This restored 5 arm chandelier sold for $371.00. Keep in mind that this was restored and offered by a specialist dealer that can get top price.

Chandelier sales have really started to pick up here. If I had it in the shop I'd put $600 on it and at an estate sale $325. People in this area have worn out the farmhouse look and seem to be trending back to crystal, brass, and blue & white. Makes me happy!
