Can anyone help hand painted photo?

I recently acquired her. Large, convex glass. What date would you say? Her dress is odd for a ballerina and looks Asian? Only thing on the back are color instructions- hair blonde, eyes blue. Many thanks!

Danbr, have you by any chance posted a photograph of the photo you are asking about somewhere else on this forum? I looked in the Gallery feature but I didn't see one put there by you.

What the two people ahead of me were trying to say is that people can probably answer your questions if you post a photo of your framed photograph here where you are asking for information about it.

I would like to see it and see how it is framed with the convex glass.
