Camp Livingston Louisiana printing plate

    I stumbled on this at a recent estate sale and had to grab it. I’m not even sure exactly what to call it...a stamp? Printing plate?

    The print reads “After five days return to:”, then it has a space for a name to be inserted, then has the great seal.

    What do you call this thing? How rare is something like this?

    If using your phone email the picture to yourself as medium, save and then post from there.

    printing plate from an old rotary press; the plates were fixed to a drum that turned. looks as if they were held by rivets.

    Interesting. Does this have any value? I know Camp Livingston has a short, somewhat unusual and controversial history.
