Camel Teapot - Would like to ID Country and Metal

Hello everyone - I've had this teapot for awhile but just can't seem to fit it into any of the my collections. I'd like to list it but am unsure where it might have come from and what the metal might be. The metal looks like some kind of coin silver or silver plate. It tarnishes where exposed to air but the bottom and inside are shiny. It measures about 8" across and a little under 6" tall. I'm assuming it's Middle Eastern or maybe North Africa. No marks that I could find. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
