Cake Server- Silver/ Silver plate mark/ stamp help please

    I am wondering if anyone can decipher the mark on this cake server please?
    12” long
    The handle tests as silver and the blade is base metal but I’m wondering if the handle is silver or plate?
    Google suggests French but I can’t find any marks that resemble this. Thankyou for any suggestions. :)
