Maybe this helps, when you follow the process below, the photo will be posted when you hit the 'post reply' button:

I don't have anything like that. All i have is choose file or close.

Chris, when you post again, look at the entire field at your disposal.
At the top you see the bar with the letters B I U, etc. and below that two arrows.
Then you get the field in which you type,
At the bottom you see three buttons: Post Reply, Upload a File, and More Options. Click on the 'Upload a File' button, then choose a file and follow the process I posted above.

That appears after you've clicked on the 'Upload a File' button.
You select 'Choose File', and select a photo from your files. How the rest works depends on your own photo program.

 

If the file is over 1 MB try emailing to yourself as "medium"....then it should be small enough to upload here.......
