I was hoping someone could shove me in the right direction with this piece. It was sold as pre-1921 d/t the markings on the bottom. I got it very cheap so I thought I would take a chance.

It is 8 1/8" across. It has impressed marks of "China" & a Chinese character on the bottom.

I also got a small round dish that I posted separately for help. This one really appears to be hand made because to scalloped edge is not the same height all the way around.

Thanks for any & all advice or opinions!!!:kiss::kiss:

If about half of the edge, between the handles on one side is lower than the rest, the low side is the serving side, held toward the guest.

This tray is small & I doubt it would have been used to serve guests.

It was for serving small guests, of course.
