Bruner's Fine Art watercolor. Help ID possibly?

    If you were looking for fine art in California in the turn of the century Bruner's was the place to go. So i've read.
    Artwork is 8 1/4" x 10". looks very well done, But i don't see a sig?

    Are you sure the medium is watercolor? Looks more like gouache.
